A Better Hope for Youth,  serves children and adolescents who require a structured, therapeutic residential placement due to complex emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. The program is designed for youth who are unable to safely or successfully function in less restrictive environments and who benefit from 24-hour supervision, individualized support, and intensive therapeutic interventions. The population served includes youth diagnosed with a range of behavioral and emotional disorders, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Conduct Disorder (CD), and Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED). These youth often present with challenges related to impulsivity, aggression, defiance, and difficulty with emotional regulation. Additionally, the program serves youth with mood and mental health disorders, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD), and Bipolar Disorder (BPD). These youth may experience mood instability, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and difficulty maintaining emotional stability across settings.
